摘要
For the fault of power converter of switched reluctance motor (SRM) drive system, single-phase short circuit fault and single-phase open circuit fault are studied in the paper; their common feature is that phase current and output torque both have abrupt signals. Extreme point of wavelet transform modulus corresponds to the abrupt change point of the signal. Simulation model is set up based on Matlab/simulink; two kinds of fault are diagnosed by wavelet transform modulus maxima method. Simulation results show that wavelet transform can effectively achieve fault diagnosis of power converter.
