The structural equation modeling is the best known methodology for determining the scale for theoretical constructs of interest. The aim of this paper is to present the application Of Structural equation modeling on determining the scale of organisational innovativeness oil the sample of 2 14 Slovenian organisations. Innovation capability is namely one of the key competitive success factors in the intense global competition.
