摘要
Analysis of studies of physical rehabilitation of patients with heart failure shows that regular exercise exerts a positive effect on local and systemic blood flow and vascular endothelium. Effectiveness of pulmonary ventilation in these patients is closely related to the state of respiratory muscles. There exists an association between cardiac cachexia and hormonal imbalance. However, physical exercise does not aggravate hormonal imbalance and promote progression of cachexia. Analysis of programs of physical training most widely used in patients with heart failure constitutes a basis for suggestion of an algorithm for the choice of a type of exercise.
