摘要：

Let phi be a strictly increasing unbounded function on [1, infinity]. In the paper, we have defined phi-relative order and phi-relative type of meromorphic functions with respect to an entire function. We have establised some algebraic properties of them and their applications which can be used to study arbitrary growth of analytic or meromorphic functions.
