摘要：

The paper discusses vocational training problems of specialists in the sphere of pre-school education. According to the requirements of the State Education Development Program of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2011-2020, improvement of future teachers' preparation quality, including teachers of kindergartens is currently in progress at the universities of the country. The elective course has been developed by the authors of this paper and the course is aimed at studying of the pedagogical conditions creation problems for the children under school age creative abilities development. The paper describes commencement of works of the elective course for Pedagogical University students and its development. (C) 2015 The Authors. Published by Elsevier Ltd.
