摘要
Recently, the UNESCO Relics Community pays much more attention to the value of geology, geomorphology, ecology and biodiversity while natural relics judgments. In view of the new international trend and Chinese rich geological relic resources, in the future, whether to declare Chinese World relics research in the field of natural relic or to study on the geological relic of natural relic, it is necessary to get more attention of the academic. Basing on the discussing the notion of geological heritage and combining the recently geopark plan, the author think that the geopark plan is the best pattern and choice to the geological heritage's protection and exploitation. At the same time, and conclude the geopark's notion, building status, characters, construction aims, and so on. At last, with the material case, the author also researched simply how to combine the information technology with the geological heritage's protection and exploitation or geopark construction, which the information technology's kernel is the GIS technology.
