摘要
This study is currently in force in cases of Balanced Scorecard and Key Performance Indicators to explore further into Service Science, Management and Engineering (SSME) focus on the implementation of readiness. That study use Kaplan and Norton presented their Balanced Scorecard model to measure organizational performance from the four perspectives of finance, customers, innovation and learning, and internal business. This study was designed to investigate the readiness of services to the scientific content, through literature review, the experts prepare questionnaire-depth interviews, Delphi technique to survey the scientific preparations for the establishment of services index and relative weight, as a service to build the scientific enterprise readiness of reference. Its benchmark measure of Financial Dimensions > Customer Dimensions> Learning to grow > Process Dimensions > Human System. In this paper, and the practical application of selected cases of sector case, the expectations of the establishment of AB? model SYNVISION technology companies will enable the case in the future in the face of the multi-criteria issue, a set of objective, systematic approach to understanding the other of its departments in accordance with appropriate indicators.
