摘要
A solid state diode pumped laser transmitter in a wide range of temperature operation is investigated. The system is a compact diode side pumped pulsed Nd:YAG laser that works in a wide temperature range from -15 to +60 degrees C. Temperature distribution in laser head and laser rod is analyzed using a Finite Element method and LASCAD laser analyzer. The laser system produces more than 100 mJ and 55 mJ energy in free running and Q-switched mode, respectively.
