摘要
A dual abrasive belt polishing technology is proposed in this paper to deal with the less efficient problem for polishing the workpiece with screw curved surface. Then a mechanical model of screw is established. FEM is used to analyze the situation of contact stress and strain between belt and screw. The normal pressure, the contact stress and strain of belt are obtained in this paper. The machining quality of pitch diameter in dual belt polishing is further discussed. The basis for the selection of relevant parameters and theoretical calculations are also provided in this paper.
