摘要
The topic of how to decrease environmentally adverse effects of agriculture without losing too much crop yield is an important issue. In this respect, nitrogen uptake was studied from a soil (land fallowing is not practised) treated with three types of organomineral bacterial root development [Pseudomonas utida, Azospirillum lipoferum and Azotobacter chrococcum, respectively]. Wheat (Triticum aestivum L. cv. chamran) yield parameters were obtained and the alveographic assays showed that the P. utida had a great potential of being used, at least on the wheat variety tested and under the pedoclimatic conditions prevailing in the study area. In this respect, application of p utida gave a significant increase in grain yield, number of grains per spike, tillers/m(2) and 1000-seed weight of 22.94%, and A. lipoferum, A. chrococcum increased these parameteres about 19.92 and 17.41% at 75 and 100% N application, respectively.
