Current English education exists some problems, leading to English proficiency of university graduates unable to meet the requirements of society and the job market. In this context, this paper analyzes the current situation of English proficiency of college students, and made in the context of university English education reform, university teachers to improve students' English proficiency should be integrated in curriculum, teaching mode, teaching methods, learning styles and evaluation methods and other aspects of efforts to improve the English proficiency of university graduates.
