摘要
High dispersity of nanosized and ultrafine powders used for nanostructured material preparation requires investigation of their behavior in different media, in particular at the contact with the main fluids of living organism, such as blood plasma, digestive juices and physiological solution. The behavior of different nanosized silicon, aluminum, boron and titanium nitrides prepared by different methods in solutions, which imitate blood plasma, digestive juices and physiological solution, has been discussed. Of different aluminum nitride materials studied in this work, filamentary crystals had the highest stability in biochemical media. Aluminum nitride ceramic was established to be ecologically safer than silicon nitrides. Titanium nitride showed the highest stability in all media. Its use in stomatology instead of stainless steel is very promising thanks to its inactivity in interaction with digestive juice. The data obtained give us possible evidence of using physicochemical investigations instead of direct tests on animals.
