摘要：

With the present paper, the authors have as aim to present a study regarding the development and implementation of a sustainable growth strategy at the level of local public administration. The research has been conducted using target groups and consulting the community through direct dialogue, as well as by means of selective scientific research based on questionnaires. The identified problems are grouped in 5 major objectives for action, which are to be found as a part of the strategy.
