Research of Tacit Knowledge Sharing Factors of Industry-University-Research Collaborative Innovation in Internet Environment

With the development of network technology, knowledge sharing has integrated into businesses, schools and other social sectors, especially the tacit knowledge sharing. This paper mainly explored the tacit knowledge sharing factors of industry-university-research and made an empirical analysis with structural equation. This research classified eight known factors into three important dimensions: sharing content, sharing object and sharing environment. This paper provided a new idea to solve the problems of tacit knowledge sharing in Internet environment.
