摘要
With increasingly deep research of the supply chain management, administrators have put forward higher demands for its practical operation: how to improve the performance, to combine existing and rare resources and to find out its own competitiveness source? The company is not a subject in the competition any longer, and the competition between the physical supply chains expands the compete connotation into the realm of competition cooperation. It is an important prerequisite for successful implementation of the supply chain management to effectively understand the performance drive and original management. Hence, it is a prerequisite for the further performance improvement to correctly analyze the conditions of the performance drive and business process of the supply chain. This paper has preliminarily explored from this aspect and drawn the balance scorecard strategic maps of enterprise on this basis.
