摘要
Chemical investigation of the ethanolic extract from roots and rhizomes of Panicum repens L. has led to the isolation of four new steroidal glycosides, (25S)-spirost-5-en-3 beta-ol-3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1 -> 4)-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 -> 4)-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 -> 2)-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (1); 16-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-cholest-5-en-2 alpha, 3 beta, 16 beta-triol-22-one-3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranoside (2); 16O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-cholest-5-en-3 beta, 16 beta diol-2 alpha-methoxy-22-one-3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranoside (3) and 16-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-cholest-5-en-3 beta, 16 beta-diol-2 alpha-methoxy-3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranoside (4). Their structures were elucidated by means of extensive NMR spectral studies. Five known spirostane glycosides were also isolated and characterized by comparison with the literature data.
