摘要
Bi/Bi2S3 nano heterojunctions were in situ synthesized via an electrochemical synthesis. Phase structure, morphology and microstructure of the samples were studied. The possible growth process was proposed. The results show that pure Bi nanowires are first formed in the pores of AAM by electrodeposition, and then Bi2S3 are formed through reaction between Bi and S at high temperature. The synthesized Bi2S3 micro hedgehogs composed of nanoneedles are found on the surface of AAM after overgrowth. Nonlinear electrical transport is observed in the Bi/Bi2S3 system. The obtained Bi/Bi2S3 heterostructure has wide applications in data process and gas sensor devices, and the strategy developed here may be extended to fabricate other similar nanostructures.
