摘要
The article deals with the coexistence of the material environment and its expression in the process of forming urban environment as well as in various philosophical, theoretical and practical interactions related to creativity. In a constantly changing environment factors, which influence creativity and approaches used to identify it, are considered controversial in both the scientific literature and practice and are also undergoing changes. Different authors interpret factors which influence creativity in a different way. Consequently, it is problematic to identify and evaluate which of the approaches fully reflects the situation. The present article studies these problems by combining the approaches of different authors which they use to identify factors which influence creativity. The article explores ways of improving urban structures of residential territories, especially those that are related to the urban material environment design and identification of creativity factors. The relationship between material environment and society, which is also related to the creative process, the quality of life, feelings, intellectuality, and cultural identity, is a main subject of this article.
