The electric interaction of myosin VI during its directional motion

摘要
According to the kinetic properties of myosin VI and the structural characters of filaments, the model of electric dipole of motor and filaments is constituted. The kinetic behavior of myosin VI is qualitatively discussed by calculating the mutual interaction between dipoles of motor and filaments.
