摘要：

Scientific index system of economic development is a process to objectively measure the comprehensive construction of a moderately prosperous society. It is also an important reference for government leaders at all levels to make scientific plans and right decisions. But the existing evaluation indicators on economic development are not uniform. They are not even speaking the same language. A recognized evaluation doesn't exist. Therefore, this article is based on this thinking. The index systems of measuring the comprehensive construction of a moderately prosperous society in a variety of minority areas were studied, analyzed and evaluated to explore the advantages and disadvantages of various indicators system.
