摘要
The Shubnikov-de-Haas oscillations (SdHO) and quantum Hall effect (QHE) in eta -Mo4O11 were investigated at low temperatures (T greater than or equal to 0.8 K)), high pressures (0 - 25 kbar) and high magnetic fields (B less than or equal to 17 T). eta - Mo4O11 is a layered conductor that undergoes two charge density wave transitions, leading to a low-temperature Fermi surface (FS) consisting of several small, closed hole and electron pockets that are highly two-dimensional. This work investigates the character and development of these FS areas with pressure and the resulting QHE, and indicates a pressure dependence of the nesting properties of the charge density wave.
