摘要
Command and control environments are knowledge-intensive. However, available information sources are not always exploited efficiently to enable controllers to get relevant information and make informed decisions. Furthermore, although practical experiences are found in documents, they are rarely or never reused, except by these same experts. In this context, techniques and tools for knowledge management must be proposed to support controllers in their day-to-dal, activities. In this paper, we show the benefits of XML technology in conjunction with ontologies for corporate knowledge management. We present its use for intelligent information retrieval lessons learned generation and document reuse in corporate memories.
