摘要：

A short review of the family Damaeolidae Grandjean, 1965 is provided with the first records of Damaeolus asperatus (Berlese, 1904) and Damaeolus ornatissimus Csiszar, 1962 from Turkey. Identification key to 11 known species of the family is given. Scanning electron microscopy photographs of the newly recorded species are also provided.
