Structure and some optical properties of thin polymer vacuum coatings

摘要
A structure of polymer vacuum coatings deposited an aluminium substrates was investigated by the methods of external and internal reflection IR-spectroscopy. It is shown experimentally that macromolecules of the polymers have primary orientation concerning a plane of a substrate, and this orientation unmonotonity decreases with growth of thickness of films. The sharp reduction of orientation is observed achieving the thickness of a films about 1 mu m. The concentration of additional chemical groups arising at formation of layers, can be reduced by selection of optimum technological conditions of deposition of films.
