摘要
Medical practice indicates a slow transition from uninformed patient in continuous search of a good physician with good skills, medical experience and with a very good reputation to a well informed patient about his rights on medical care. We can observe a pass from the paternalistic mode of therapy to an auto-determinist one in which case the patient decides voluntarily participation to the therapeutic act excepting emergency situation. For certain situations such as emergency, it is considered that the adherence to therapy is implied, since no human with ability to consent will decide against himself. In this paper, the authors present some informed consent's aspects, underlining its importance for the therapy and the importance of obtaining the informed consent without any constrains from a patient with judge ability preserved.
