Modeling of Graphene Effect as a Transparent Anode on the Absorption of Perovskite Solar Cells

摘要
The effect of employing N-layer graphene in the Bernal stacking on the absorption of active layer of the inverted-p-i-n-type planar heterojunction perovskite solar cells (PSCs) is investigated by transfer matrix model. By calculating the complex refractive index of N-layer graphene, the effect of variation of the layer number of graphene on the absorption of organometal halide perovskite (CH3NH3PbI2Cl) active layer is explored by taking interference and parasitic absorption into account. The results show the absorption of CH3NH3PbI2Cl in the PSCs with monolayer graphene anode is enhanced over a broad wavelength ranging from 300 to 750 nm.
