Minimally invasive treatment of thoracic esophageal cancer has been developed for these several years. According to analysis of resected superficial cancers (Tis and T1 cancers) of the thoracic esophagus, endoscopic diagnosis and indication for the cancer cases of minimally invasive treatment were discussed.
