A 59-year-old man with a history of malignant lymphoma (diffuse, large cell type) of the left maxillary sinus was examined by scintigraphy with Ga-67 citrate. Besides the primary lesion over the maxillary sinus and some local involvement over the mediastinal region, there was unexpected intense Ga-67 uptake over the testicular area, an area rarely involved in malignant lymphoma. Histologic analysis later revealed malignant lymphoma.
