摘要
The temperature dependence of dielectric properties was studied for polymeric composites with high permittivity. The permittivity of polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) doped with derivatives of imidiazole, exhibiting large dipole moments was examined as a function of temperature to obtain information on possible dipolar molecular arrangements. The samples were prepared by doping PMMA solution in acetone with organic compounds. These dopants were selected from a plethora of potential analogs of this type because of the high dipole moments. The areal distribution of dopants was found to be uniform and the permittivity of the films increased with an increasing dopant concentration.
