Apligraf in the treatment of severe mitten deformity associated with recessive dystrophic epidermolysis bullosa

Five patients with recessive dystrophic epidermolysis bullosa were successfully treated for mitten deformities with graftskin. All patients exhibited increased range of motion and have maintained web space separation for more than 12 months.
