摘要：

Chronic otitis media and related intracranial and intratemporal complications cause morbidity and mortality especially in developing countries. Although its incidence decreased after use of antibiotics, autogenic brain abscess is still a troublesome situation. This report presents a case of bilateral cerebral abscess that developed by a different way of dissemination due to chronic otitis media with a review of the literature.
