摘要
An ultrasensitive and highly selective electrochemiluminescence (ECL) immunosensor is proposed for the detection of prostate specific antigen (PSA) based on multiple amplification via glucose oxidase (GOx) and platinum nanoparticles (Pt NPs) conjugated with polyglutamic acid (PGA). The proposed immunosensor has a wide linear range (1.0 pg/mL-150 ng/mL) and low detection limit (0.6 pg/mL) for PSA detection, which is due in part to the excellent catalytic activity of the Ab(2)-GOx-PGA-Pt NPs probe toward the luminol ECL reaction.
