摘要
A series of Al-Ni2P/SBA-15 catalysts with initial P/Ni molar ratio of 0.8 were prepared using (NH4)(2)HPO4 as a source of phosphorus, Ni(NO)(3) as a source of nickel, and Al content from 1.06wt% to 6.35wt%. The catalysts were characterized by XRD, TEM and N-2 adsorption-desorption. The catalytic performances of the hydrodesulfurization (HDS) were evaluated in a fixed-bed micro-reactor using dibenzothiophene (DBT) as the model compound. The results showed that the catalysts modified by Al still maintained the mesoporous structure. The Ni2P phase was mainly observed in the Al-Ni2P/SBA-15 catalysts when Al content was less than 5.29wt%. The Ni2P phase and Ni12P5 phase were found when Al content was from 5.29wt% to 6.35wt%. The 3-Al-Ni2P/SBA-15 catalyst with Al content of 4.24wt% had the best catalytic activity for the HDS of the DBT. Under the reaction conditions of 3.0 MPa, 360 degrees C, the activity of the 3-Al-Ni2P/SBA-15 catalyst can reach 99.0%.
