摘要
(Graph Presented) Staying cool in the sun: When illuminated with visible light, gold nanoparticles dispersed on various metal oxide supports show significant activity in the oxidation of formaldehyde and methanol in air at room temperature. HCHO conversion under illumination of blue light (see picture, blue bars) and under red light (red bars) are compared. © 2008 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA.
