摘要
The paper describes formal methods for knowledge processing and representation in situational awareness systems. Advantages and disadvantages of these methods were analyzed. Modeling framework "Algebra of systems" and Data Fusion Model were applied. A mathematical representation of knowledge, based on algebraic model of the subject area and ontological approach was developed. This allows to use different methods to solve various problems within a knowledge-based system.
