The phase structure and magnetic properties of nanocrystalline Fe73.5Cu1Nb3-xTixSi13.5B9 (x=0, 1, 2, 3) powders were investigated. The samples were obtained from melt-spun ribbons by high energy ball milling and subsequent annealing at 550 degrees C for 1 h. The result shows that the lattice constant of the precipitated phase in the annealed and Ti-free Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 powders increases with the elongation of milling time. With the doping of Ti, the annealed Fe73.5Cu1Nb3-xTixSi13.5B9 powders after miling for 60 h keep single alpha-Fe(Si) phase. In addition, with the increase of Ti content, the lattice constant of the precipitated phase decreases, the saturation magnetization increases and the coercivity decreases.
