摘要
INTRODUCTION. The changing educational reality ends up being reflected in Early Childhood Education, a basic moment for the establishment of decisive formative bases for the subsequent psychoeducational development of students. There can be many problems that can occur in Primary Education because they have not known how to establish adequate routines in the teaching / learning process in Infants. Attending the diversity of student learning must always start from current legislation. METHODOLOGY. In view of this, it is lawful to carry out a bibliographic research, in this case legislative, focused on analyzing how diversity is addressed in the Infant stage, in such a way that the understanding of the different learning realities and their forms of resolution is made possible. by the teaching staff from this initial stage. RESULTS. It has been found that not all the autonomous communities present specific regulations independent of the general one. The references to attention to diversity are insignificant, compared to the huge number of problems that can be found. DISCUSSION. The related research has not shown any signs of interest on the part of the teaching staff, who, although they present proposals for attention to this diversity from Infants, does not seem to be covered by the corresponding legislation.
