摘要
A comparative study of nutritional composition of camel and cow's milk was done based on 10 samples of raw milk. Protein and carbohydrate content of camel milk were significantly higher as compared to cow's milk. Similarly the fat content of camel was found to be lower. The percentage of sodium was lower whereas potassium content was higher in camel milk. It was concluded that camel milk contained appreciable amount of protein, carbohydrate and potassium.
