Kinetic parameters of migration of atoms and relaxation of scattering of different-type waves in the ordering FCC-Ni-Al alloy

摘要
The ordering kinetics is studied using available data of measurements of residual electrical resistivity for substitutional f.c.c.-Ni-Al alloys during the isothermal annealing. Within the framework of the first-order and (more realistic) second-order kinetics models, the maximum characteristic relaxation times and equilibrium values of the residual electrical resistivity are evaluated on the basis of experimental data for these solid alloys at different annealing (1273-1626 K) after quenching (from higher temperatures, : 1723 K). The maximum characteristic relaxation time for diffuse scattering of radiation in such solid alloys are determined on the hypothesis about identity of maximum characteristic relaxation times of both radiation diffuse scattering and electrical resistivity. Curves of the time dependence of normalized radiation diffuse-scattering intensity corresponding to the wave-vector star, which dominates in a mapping of structure of the order, for these f.c.c.-Ni-Al alloys (after a quenching) at different annealing temperatures are also forecasted.
