摘要：

There is little evidence for the management of non-traumatic neuromuscular disorders, so the best approach to treatment is often unclear. This article discusses some of the more common disorders - Guillain-Barre syndrome, acute transverse myelitis and myasthenia gravis - and looks at their critical care management.
