摘要：

This report provides an overview of the main technical and construction options for the control of radon pollution inside buildings at the design stage and for remedial action in existing buildings. Starting from remarks on the influence exerted by factors such as building type and age, the authors examine techniques which are typically used in Italy or solutions that have been devised in other areas, but can be directly transferred.
