Generally, the hydraulic institutions of high voltage circuit breaker always give the oil away. If circuit breakers can't pressure changes right feedback to protection devices, there cause protection device failure situation in the misoperation, serious when still can make the breaker fire or explosion, etc, thus serious accidents caused by power range, even disintegration system. Aiming at the secondary circuit breakers 220KV hydraulic institution of hidden trouble, put forward a good idea and improve the power supply reliability.
