Electron transport through semiconductor-superconductor junction in Integer Quantum Hall regime

摘要
The conductance of 2DEG-Normal metal contacts is known to exhibit universal quantization in the Integer Quantum Hall regime. In this note we compute the conductance G of a 2DEG-Superconductor (S) structure in a high magnetic field. When the cyclotron diameter in 2DEG becomes larger than the width of the 2DEG-S surface then G becomes nonmonotonous function of the filling factor v due to the Aharonov-Bohm type interference of electron- and hole-like quasiparticles. At certain parameters of the junction the conductance oscillates with filling factor v.
