Mycobiota of forest litter of Chernobyl limit zone and its influence on 137Cs accumulation by pine seedlings (Pinus silvestris)

摘要
The mycobiota of A(0)L-, A(0)F- and A(0)H-horizons of forest litter of ChNPP limit zone testing areas (environs of Novo-Shepelichi and Level village) was studied. It was shown that higher litter horizon had greates specific diversity. The quantity of fungal biomass changed with the depth of litter horizon as a rule increasing in lower layers and with seasonality increasing to the autumn. The data on melanization (increasing of quantity of dark mycelium) of lower horizons of testing areas litter are given. The enrichment of soil and soil with litter by biomass of dark-pigmented Cladosporium cladosporioides and light-pigmentet Paecilonzyces lilacinus (in conditions of vegetation experiment) gives rise to increasing of radionuclides accumulation by pine seedling in contrast to their combined application and application of biomass of museum strain of C. cladosporioides.
