摘要
This paper describes strong coupling method in fluid-structure interaction analysis. By using CFD-ACE+ software, the fluid-structure interaction problem in micro gas jet devices is solved numerically. The results give fluidic jet velocity distribution in detecting chamber. With this method, various factors, such as structure size, driving intensity, frequency, gas medium, environmental pressure, impact of the sensor sensitivity, can be analyzed thoroughly and further optimized.
