摘要
We show that every A is an element of M-n (Z(2k-1)) can be written as a sum of orthogonal matrices (QQ(T) = Q(T)Q = 1) in M-n (Z(2k-1)). Moreover, we show that every A is an element of M-n (Z(2k)) can be written as a sum of orthogonal matrices in M-n (Z(2k)) if and only if the row sums and column sums of A have the same parities.
