摘要:
The SnO2 nanopowder was prepared by sol-gel method Its structure and average grain a size were investigated by Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) and X-ray Diffraction (XRD). A proper amount of Sb2O3 can improve the materials sintered temperature and suppresses grain size growing up. The stability of the materials was investigated by Thermo gravimetric analysis and differential scanning calorimetry (TGA/DSC) method The TGA/DSC apex of O- (O2-) on doped SnO2 was smaller than that of the pure SnO2. The surface adsorbed in ability of O-(O2-) is enhanced by adding dopants to SnO2.
