摘要
The two dimensional remotely sensed images lack elevation information for building change detection(CD). Traditional method using only satellite images is often difficult to obtain the ideal results. In this paper, an automatic 3D building CD method using unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) images is proposed. Based on high precision co-registed multi-temporal UAV images using unite bundle adjustment, 3D information can be fully utilized for building CD. The test results shown that the proposed CD method can use only UAV images and the derived 3D information from highly overlapped stereos to acquire high-reliability, high flexibility and low-cost building change information.
