摘要
The early warning system for engineering risk is an effective means to prevent and control risk, which will be helpful to decrease the lost as early as possible. According to the characteristics of engineering risk, this paper presents the construction of the integrated risk warning system based on engineering life-cycle. There are five subsystems including risk identification, risk analysis, risk early warning, risk solution and risk re-evaluation. A case in Handan is given in the paper, with the help of the information technology (GIS) and the mathematical models (The Unascertained Measuring Model). The paper aims at improving the risk early warning system, to make it more scientific and reliable.
