摘要
In general, motor fault diagnosis is performed through a vibration sensor and additional hardware devices. However, the hardware for vibration measurement is expensive, and the reliability of the vibration sensor is also low due to the influence of electrical noise generated by the high switching frequency of the inverter. Therefore, in order to solve this problem, this paper proposes a fault diagnosis method for dual three-phase interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (DT-IPMSM) using the voltage angle calculated from the inverter in real-time without additional hardware configuration.
